Chronic Pain

Chronic pain can be connected to more than the physical body.

Emotional experiences, prolonged stress, and unresolved patterns may remain beneath the surface and continue affecting how the body feels.

Your environment can also have a powerful impact.

Stress at work, tension at home, difficult relationships, or feeling unsafe and unsupported can keep the nervous system activated.

Over time, that emotional strain may influence how the body holds tension and experiences pain.

Some patterns may also be inherited through the family line. Unresolved fear, grief, loss, and survival responses can continue repeating across generations until the pattern is recognized and completed. What feels deeply personal may sometimes be connected to a much older story within the bloodline.

During an Emotion Release Therapy® session, I follow the subconscious to identify the emotional root connected to the pain. I do not chase the symptom. I allow the deeper pattern to reveal where it began and what is ready to be completed.

Your pain may be telling a deeper story. Together, we can listen.

Every person is different. Some people experience relief after one session, while others heal in layers as the body and subconscious release what they are ready to release.
